Every now and then I hit a "just not my speed" class. Because of the level of challenge of some of the poses (looking at you "bird of paradise"), I found myself just watching a bit more than I would have liked. So I wrapped up the class not really feeling the usual physical "ahhh" of post-yoga. As a beginner-stradling-intermediate student of yoga, that just happens sometimes with the intermediate classes. No biggie.
