The binds are a bit sudden on this one, I usually like approaching a bind in stages, returning to a more neutral pose between stages of increasing intensity. That being said, I really liked the hip stretching at the beginning.
Acknowledging that sometimes just laying still IS the edge. FIJI - YES!
Perfect practice for me today. Some challenge in the poses, but very gratifying. Looking forward to tomorrow already. Thank you!
It's awesome what 20 minutes of focused practice can do to our whole being. Loved the level of challenge, and the feeling of grounding, pause and growth.
