This class can be done as a stand-alone class or as day 6 in Fiji's 14-Day Yoga Challenge, Elevate. Fiji sets out to challenge your balance in this class, paying particular attention to setting up good foundations as she takes you through a multi-level approach to a variety of arm balance poses. Note that it will help if you have a clear piece of wall to practice against.

I went in to day 6 thinking that I was not going to be able to do half the poses. I've always struggled with arm balances of any sort in yoga classes. But I surprised myself (and my kids!). Maybe because I felt more comfortable at home (I've only been doing yoga at home for a couple of weeks now), or knowing there is carpet underneath my mat and my falls would be less painful and less humiliating. Either way, this was challenging and amazing!

You are such an amazing teacher, Fiji. I loved the stretches in the beginning of the practice. All the changes from one position in the next were so well orchestrated it felt like a dance. I was able to fly a bit in crow because of the block and now I feel full of positive feelings.
