Elevate Day 6
This class can be done as a stand-alone class or as day 6 in Fiji's 14-Day Yoga Challenge, Elevate. Fiji sets out to challenge your balance in this class, paying particular attention to setting up good foundations as she takes you through a multi-level approach to a variety of arm balance poses. Note that it will help if you have a clear piece of wall to practice against.

Great and humbling class which made me realise how much strength and courage i still need to build but with clear intentions in sight. You are a fantastic teacher Fiji and this series is really taking me out of my comfort zone and making me feel much more expansive. Looking forward to tomorrow- thank you!
Such a challenging, yet accessible class, with Fiji giving lots of tips on how to progress into poses as well as modifications. Personally for me having my feet starting on a block for crow (never done that before) felt amazing and the strongest I have ever done it, with Fiji's instruction.
For those who struggled with putting "your leg on your shoulder like a backpack" I recommend Andrea's class for Compass Pose which really breaks this down even further. I believe Rachel does a flying pigeon class which breaks that one down really nicely (eka pada something!).
Really nice class and although I didn't even get close to catching any air in forearm balance or handstand, I felt like this was the first step in getting closer to these poses. Thanks Fiji!
Super fun class! thank you Fiji.
I love arm balances and inversions so this class was great for me. The only one I have never been able to do is the seated one where you shoot your legs out to the side. It might be my body shape or inflexibility in a certain area. But this class with it’s warmup gives me hope which is a good thing. Thanks Fiji!
