Beautiful class. The entire class slowly progressed toward the peak pose. I also loved the suggestion to switch legs in the air during a handstand, which allowed me a little more "hang time" than usual.

Wowzers! I had not done this practice in quite a while and I forgot how much Crista packs in. I was sweating real good towards the end, but also I found a lot of really nice stretching moments that felt wonderful after having done a good gym workout the day before. It was a good reminder to keep coming back to this one.
