Chakra Three Flow
Fiji's third class in this 7-part series is a more challenging intermediate class due to the long holds. This power yoga class explores the energy of the third chakra, the chakra of the solar plexus or the manipurna chakra. Vitality, mental clarity, self-confidence and wisdom are qualities of the manipurna chakra, and Fiji supports your journey into these qualities within your self with grace and skill. This chakra is associated with the color yellow, which you can see is a part of Fiji's flashy outfit.

Long holds in this video are extremely challenging (especially chair poses!) but it all turns out to be SO delicious and worth it in the end. Thank you for the amazing instruction! I'm doing the Chakra 7 day challenge series and I think this has been the most difficult one.
I have been following doyogawithme just as the UK entered into lockdown. I have been healing childhood trauma. and what has become more apparent this year generational trauma/paying back karma from previous life experiences also possibly. Doing this seven day chakra is healing me in ways `I never knew yoga could but hoped it would when I began practicing yoga on the mat maybe three years ago. Thank you to this wonderful team and members who has made it possible for me to receive 2 months subscription. Even on my reduced hours income and free subscription I hope to offer you my gratitude and testimony. I am eternally grateful. I've been doing the 7 day chakra series and came to this one on possibly the most difficult day of my quarantine so far, with creativity and self confidence absolutely worn out. Trying to balance life and home schooling as a single mother, and with the rest of my family in another country, really hit hard today and without my daily running to get some head space I felt for the first time that I was really struggling to cope. Hiit workouts and bike rides earlier today didn't cure the lockdown blues but this class did, it was exactly what I needed, even though it was tough it was so worth it. Thank you Fiji
