Fiji's third class in this 7-part series is a more challenging intermediate class due to the long holds. This power yoga class explores the energy of the third chakra, the chakra of the solar plexus or the manipurna chakra. Vitality, mental clarity, self-confidence and wisdom are qualities of the manipurna chakra, and Fiji supports your journey into these qualities within your self with grace and skill. This chakra is associated with the color yellow, which you can see is a part of Fiji's flashy outfit.

Hello DGWM! This was an amazing class; perhaps it should be labelled advanced? Jumping into bakasana and titibhasana are both difficult poses. As always Fiji is able to help us do the seemingly impossible.

I hope to receive your advice so that I could complete the class next time: even if I tried to root down through the index finger&knuckle in poses like plank and down-dog, my palms hurt (not wrist) that I couldn’t hold long. This is not the first time — what should I do?

Wow I am loving this chakra series, and especially this class! The first time you jumped into crow pose I thought "oh wow, this is too advanced for me, maybe I need to do a whole class on crow." Then when we did the other side I jumped into it, and was able to balance in crow for the first time ever! Just want to say how much I'm loving this series for both a period of deep mental reflection, and physical progression in my yoga practice :) (and I love all of Fiji's talking in this one - I know some said it was too much, but it was wonderful for me!)
