Beginners' Yoga for Shoulder Strength
This is a great beginner strength and stretch sequence for the shoulders. Melissa guides you through proper alignment while strengthening the arms and shoulders in a wide range of movements. Filmed on the beach on a warm, overcast day, this class is sure to keep you focused.

Comment not for publishing! I think you may have accidentally tagged this as Intermediate 1 when it probably is meant to be Beginner 1. Both title and content/nature of this class are extremely accessible to beginners.

Ending is a bit odd - corpse pose to namaste but overall , nice practice.
