Bedtime Vinyasa Yoga
If you sometimes struggle with sleep and feel like the best thing you can do is a yoga class that helps you release excess energy and tension, Tracey's here to help. She slows the pace a bit, compared to other classes, and helps you prepare for bedtime with an intermediate flow, followed by a series of restorative poses that lead you seamlessly into savasana.

I was already feeling sleepy, but now I feel more fully stretched and opened, so more prepared for a comfortable nights' rest, I reckon!
Like others I did this as a morning practice. It seems too active for before bed but I will try it. Will all these videos be available after the challenge is over?
A favorite of mine for quite a while. Tracy’s bedtime vinyasa is thoroughly relaxing as well as providing wonderfully strong movements to unwind from a long workday. Thank your for adding this to the challenge.
