Bedtime Vinyasa Yoga
If you sometimes struggle with sleep and feel like the best thing you can do is a yoga class that helps you release excess energy and tension, Tracey's here to help. She slows the pace a bit, compared to other classes, and helps you prepare for bedtime with an intermediate flow, followed by a series of restorative poses that lead you seamlessly into savasana.

ahhhh...thank you Tracey for another beautiful practice.
I find this practice really relaxing and I revisit it often. I do however find the transition from wild thing to seated tree a little awkward. I need to remember to watch how Tracey does it!
Tracy has a way of drawing you in on the mat and teaching you how to also let go. I loved this class.
