Bedtime Vinyasa Yoga
If you sometimes struggle with sleep and feel like the best thing you can do is a yoga class that helps you release excess energy and tension, Tracey's here to help. She slows the pace a bit, compared to other classes, and helps you prepare for bedtime with an intermediate flow, followed by a series of restorative poses that lead you seamlessly into savasana.

Nice class but since for me kneeling untucked is painful, some of the joy was missed.
I was skeptical about a vinyasa flow before bed. While not as relaxing as some more hatha/restorative bedtime classes I've done, I was very pleasantly surprised at how ready my mind and body were for a restful sleep after this practice. And I slept sooooo well after doing this.
