Revisiting this amazing class - sure, the movements feel great in the body (fluid, familiar, spacious) but this class is fantastic for clearing the mind from toxic thought patterns, old stories and resentments, grudges and other negative gunk. So glad to have chosen it again today! Thanks, Tracey!
