This is my first class. A late night class unfortunately but a great way to begin. I've been training and running so quite tight but this class helped me to isolate some key areas to stretch.

I did this as a morning class and really like the pace for the morning. It allowed me to tune in and feel the stretches. I like how there is room (and verbal direction)in the poses for some free style movement/exploration.
