I really enjoyed this. Really easy to follow.
Overall a really great class, however I felt for Beginners it was just a tad fast in the middle areas. I really enjoyed it and it got me very warm and the teacher did a great job with wonderful form. Thank you

This is a good morning class, too - not just for after work. It's a great hip and shoulder stretch. The pace allows for beginners and more experienced yogis to adapt this to their own pace.
The length is just right for a quick morning rev up.
I believe the stretches would also be amazing for after work!!
