Your videos, and the doyogawithme website, have helped me rekindle my love for yoga. I am now pregnant again and wish there were som shorter videos on the site for the -busy pregnant mom- to safely get that yoga love like this video does. I love your style of instruction Rachel!

So happy that you're enjoying the classes!
In case it's helpful, I wrote a post awhile back (http://www.rachelyoga.com/2013/11/pregnancy-and-practice/) for mom to be's on practicing! Follow a few simple guidelines to shift the poses, prioritize listening to your body, and many of the classes here can be adapted. for your enjoyment. Just trust yourself first - you know best. And congratulations!!! :)

I love this site! Is it okay to practice everyday? I used to workout using weight machines and was told to skip a day in between to give the muscles time to rest and repair. Is it the same with yoga?

Yes, you can definitely practice every day. Your body will tell you when you've done too much, since it will be sore a couple of days later. A little bit of soreness is ok, but if it's a lot or if it persists, your body is telling you to rest.

Take care,

This is an awesome practice. Although it is short I feel like I work and stretch my body. Thank you for all you do. This website is great! I'm glad I came upon it over a year ago. I am strong and more flexible since starting a yoga practice.

I work nights so I did this practice this afternoon after I got up and it is just as great to do before work. It wakes up my muscles and gets me going!! Thanks so much for your practice, this one and all of them.
