I really enjoyed this class. Normally I shy away from doing lots of twists (one, they are uncomfortable and two, I have Diastasis Recti so I read to avoid) but I really liked this flow. You explained everything great and I feel like I improved my twists. Thank you

It was good, I wasn't good at it. I am still having balance issues. When I grow up I want to be as strong and stable as Fiji. She is amazing.

(Couldn't resist!) What a fun class. Really enjoyed the focus on twists. They've never come very naturally to me (tight back) but I gotta say: doing your class EVERY DAY for 14 days has made me stronger for sure, and more flexible (even though I've had a near daily yoga practice for years). Thank you for making each class different and interesting with a special focus. I applaud your creativity, Fiji! Many thanks. PS I did this class at 9:30pm (past my bedtime) so I wouldn't miss a day. That's how hooked I am to the challenge!
