14-Day Yoga Challenge: Day Thirteen
Day thirteen introduces 'true twists', and fills the class full of them! You will also be strengthening and stretching your shoulders with planks and binds, strengthening and stretching the legs with chair pose and lunges and spending some time with some satisfying floor poses to lead you into a sweet sivasana. Really enjoyed this. Very challenging for me! But I can push myself and also accept where I am. Only one day left….I'll just go back to the beginning!
I love this series! I have gained so much strength, and even some balance which always challenging for me. It's really easy to motivate yourself to get to your mat when I'm curious to see what Fiji has for us next. Please do more!
I love this program! Thank you for bringing me back to the mat.
Is anyone hearing that single steady chord play throughout the practice? It stops nearer to the end during the lead into savasana. It has appeared musically in the background in one or two other days of these 14...it's a little off-putting. Am I the only one that notices it?
Every day I feel as though the classes cannot get any more rewarding, but today again was very special. Getting into twist poses provides a clear signal of how well I'm progressing. Better alignment, core strength and balance. Combined with lots of lunges really made my thighs burn, but I kept control and with that came confidence and peace of mind. As per other comments, I'll be sad to see the classes end tomorrow, but happy to know I'll just click home and start all over again! Thanks Fiji for putting so much time and effort into these classes.
