Another great class from the challenge! This one felt particularly challenging to me, especially in the thighs and quads during long periods of lunges. Any suggestions for building strength in that area? Sometimes it feels so intense, I have to come out of the lunge for a moment before jumping back in.

Hi Sarah. There are quite a few ways to strengthen the quads. One way is to keep holding lunges until your legs burn! Others include squats and walking up stairs with weights. I hope that helps.
