I absolutely love the way Fiji teaches. She is challenging, yet gentle. She eases you into your poses in such a way that encourages both your development AND avoids injury! T

Just finished day 6 with it's delicious much needed stretching. I'm loving this challenge. It gives me the incentive to get to my mat every morning with out fail and something to work towards. I love the progression and can really feel the improvements. Thank you so much Fiji. Well structured, good length and great instruction. Namaste.

I am surprised at my progress! Of course I hoped I would have positive results, but I nevr thought would experience real changes so quickly. I love the creative approach that serves a real purpose.

Today I could definitely feel my ribs after yesterday's class so I'm glad today was a nice short one :)
