The 25 minutes of engaging stretches were over so fast I could hardly believe it.

This yoga challenge is so excellent, thank you Fiji. I feel more grounded in my practice and more confident. Also my shoulders and chest and heart are much more open. This was a great "break" with deep stretches that feel so good.

I loved it! It was what I needed after the first 5 days. It's said you need to do an activity during 21 days so it becomes an habit. Shouldn't we do a 21 yoga challenge? :)

I agree with the previous two comments. It was nice to focus on more gentle stretching after feeling a bit sore from the first five.

This being Day 6 in Fiji's 14-day yoga challenge, I so appreciated the gentle stretching and opening postures, as I was feeling a bit sore. A good sore, but sore nonetheless. I'm so loving this challenge – it's giving my yoga practice a real energy boost! Thank you, Fiji.
