This is a wonderful way to begin my day. Love Fiji anytime but the variety in each day is especially important to me. Is there anyway to access days one through eight?
Did this as a quick, stand-alone practice, not as part of the challenge. Fiji gets right down to it in this short practice. The first pose felt especially tough on my un-warmed up joints, but after that, this sequence felt really good. Juicy stretches with just enough time to sink into them.
Loved the core work and twists. Great class!
