This gentle, relaxing restorative practice with Tianne is designed to open the chest and release tension in your shoulders. We will deepen the practice by exploring dirga pranayama, also known as 3-part breath; calming mind, improving digestion, lung health and deeper sleep. All levels welcome. Note: You will need a bolster and a few blankets for this practice.
