Perfect for any time of the day, this quick hatha yoga class has the right amount of strength and stretch while challenging your core and releasing so many of those tight muscles, all in less than 20 minutes! Rachel's guidance is effortless and clear, allowing you to focus more on what you are doing, rather than watching her. Enjoy!

Thank you Rachel for a beautiful morning practice! Your calming voice and encouraging guidance make this my favorite yoga class.
I loved the way the class flowed and also the clear and concise articulations; I found myself not watching the video and listening to perform the Vinyasa poses.
Thank you,
John
Great class...
This was a wonderful class to wake up my body! I was having technical difficulties (my browser I think) so I could hear the class but not see it. The cues were excellent and I didn't have any trouble following along even though I couldn't watch it. Thank you DYWM!
Very relaxing......aaahhh
I savored every minute, even when my body reminded me it's been so long between practices. This will be a place I return as I ease back in.
Deep bow of thanks.
This is the first class I have done with doyogawithme! I loved it! Such a great way to start the day.
Awesome,
This was my first yoga class ever. While Im not considered out of shape, there were things in here that might have made me uncomfortable, if maybe anyone else had been the instructor. She spoke clearly and was so relaxing, I was really grateful for her. She explained everything in a soothing and calming voice. This may be normal for many of you, but I am used to gym instructors screaming, "ALL RIGHT, 3 more. Now 2 more." It was a welcome change.
This video is perfect for waking up my body in the morning, or reminding myself I *have* a body during the day. It does move a little fast (there's a lot of poses compressed into 20 minutes) so if you're a true beginner, you might want to start with one of Melissa's _________ & _________ trilogy, where she walks you through proper form in more detail.
Love this video! Keep them coming, Rachel!
The verbal cues were really helpful without being overwhelming; I'm a newbie and felt I could follow along without getting lost. Thank you for sharing this! It was a great set to do right before bed, especially with the relaxation segment at the end.
Nice, quick but uber stretching for a day feeling under the weather.
Thank you this was a really nice class. A good balance between relaxation and yoga poses. :).
how do i know if i am doing poses currectly
It's been about three months since I practiced and I needed something to ease me back into it. This was perfect. A gorgeous flow, poses that warm you but don't overwhelm you. Just what I needed, thank you.
Awesome beginning yoga class... I've got my boyfriend doing it with me for a few days now and I can already tell I'll be ready to move on soon. And the yoga instructor is probably one of my favorite from the other videos I've seen.
Tried other online yoga classes but this is by far the best for an all round 20 minute yoga stretch beginner/intermediate
If you're getting back into yoga and are plus size (and need to alter poses a bit) it definitely gets too fast about halfway through.
Wonderful beginning to yoga!
I haven't practiced in about a year and have been really feeling the after effects; this was a great way to wakeup my body. Thank you for posting this!
Exactly what I was looking for and needed today.
Thank you. Definitely yummy! I have enjoyed the After Work Revitalizer I countless times and this class feels just as good.
This was a nice wakeup. A little fast but I'll get it tomorrow.
Just took my first online yoga class, this was perfect, I feel calm and stretched. Thank you
Schools back in session...so I am diving back into a more consistent fitness routine. This was a good session for my sore muscles. Thanks for sharing!
thank you for this practice and this website!
Thanks for this video! It's just perfect for beginners like me who don't have the physical strength to endure longer sessions. It's very soft and lovely and I really enjoyed it!
Hi I'm new to yoga and this site. I thought all videos were free?? I am just trying to try a few out to see if yoga is for me before getting too serious. Is it my tablet or do u actually have to pay?? Thanks!!
I just push the play button in the video and it plays. If you wast to own it in a certain format then you can buy it.
You can just press play on the video, ignore the links on top with the prices. Hope this helps! & welcome!
Hi Critterluver23,
From what I understand, you can watch and use the videos for free, but if you would like to download it and keep it permanently, you need to pay. I hope this is accurate and helps you!
It is free. Just hit play. If you want to own it so you can watch it not connected to the internet you can buy it. They just ask for donations if you are able.
Hi Critterluver23,
As all the other commenters have correctly said, right now all the videos on the site are free to stream online. You don't even have to be logged into to view them. In the near future, we may introduce some new videos for our subscribers only, but even then all the current videos will remain free for all. If you're unable to play this video, there may just be a technical issue with streaming it on your tablet. Please contact us at assistance@doyogawithme.com, and we'll try to help.
Thanks,
Paul
Thank you for this video! It was relaxing and energizing at the same time. I love how short it is -- it will be perfect for the morning and for those times where I am just short on time that day. Really liked this video!
Thank you for sharing. As a triathlete with so many sessions already to do, I love this 20 min yoga practice, as it allows me to get myself ready for the day.
Love this site.
Thanks
