Yoga for the Upper Back
This class is a deep release for the shoulders and upper back, making it perfect for a variety of people, including musicians, new parents, office workers and athletes. It targets all of the muscles connecting to the upper back and shoulders, providing relief from tightness, aches and pain... all in less than 40 minutes!
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 12 of Grounding and Strength 14-Day Beginner Yoga Challenge.

I know I should be doing Yoga more often and even though I usually do not have pain, today I was drawn to this class by some upper back pain. Woosh! All gone! :-) Thank you!

Such a simple sequence but an incredible release in my back. Wonderful!
I had upper back pain for almost 1year and no doctor could solve my problem, people struggled understand my pain, then i tried ayurveda, though it gave me temporary relief, the pain will come back, then i thought ill try yoga and i don't remember how i ended up here, but it saved me thousands and my sleepless nights are gone.
