Thank you so, so much for this website and this class! I am very grateful that you and the other teachers share their classes with literally everyone. I know I should be doing Yoga more often and even though I usually do not have pain, today I was drawn to this class by some upper back pain. Woosh! All gone! :-) Thank you!
I love the way you guide through the classes and really enjoy them!

I had upper back pain for almost 1year and no doctor could solve my problem, people struggled understand my pain, then i tried ayurveda, though it gave me temporary relief, the pain will come back, then i thought ill try yoga and i don't remember how i ended up here, but it saved me thousands and my sleepless nights are gone. Thanks David.

That was a pleasure to read, Jinu. I'm happy to hear that you've had such great improvement in the pain. Nothing makes us feel better about the work we do than receiving messages like yours.

Keep in touch.

Cheers,
