What a perfect class for runners! I have been feeling so much tension in my lower body and this targeted those exact areas and helped the tension flow free!
I recently started commuting on my bike and have noticed how tight my IT band is by the end of the week. Even though I'm not a runner, I found that this class offers a huge relief to my hips. I also am partial to Fiji's style. The constant talking helps keep me on task. Thank you so much!
Thanks, great class, have been using this one frequently. I love the IT band stretches and also really stretches my piriformis muscles which get tight running.
First class I've done of Fiji's and I have to say her way of instructing is certainly my favorite so far. The extra use of the hands to smooth areas of the body to move them into the stretch helps a lot to create a more balanced pose.
