I was so excited to take Helen's class! I have practiced yoga for 20 years and am a Yoga teacher, and it is often hard to be a plus sized yogi because taking classes with other instructors who don't have the same body type as you may not understand why you can't fully get your arms into Eagle pose because of your busty chest, or to make adjustments to sit in a forward fold! THANK YOU HELEN for this simple, yet beautiful practice. I look forward to taking more of your classes! Namaste!

Thank you for this lovely comment and for being another yoga teacher working in and with bigger bodies! One of my fave modifications lately is to roll a blanket under the back of the neck when lying down. Helps to keep the chest out of the face, otherwise I need a snorkel! Please share your tips with me too, and I hope you are enjoying my other classes that are rolling out on the site!

Would recommend this as a relaxing practise for all body types to release the days tension; alternatively as a warming up practise for all body types, particularly if you're a touch on the stiff side and want to loosen up for your day. Looking forward to seeing more from Helen

This class was simple to follow, offered modifications, and offered a great break to the day. The sighs were a great touch, as well as the feet stretches. Looking forward to Helen's other videos!
