I am so thankful for this class. Having a large chest is a (pardon the pun) huge problem that I've contended with for my many years of yoga practice. Until the recent acceptance of "bigger body" yogis, its been an issue that I've quietly found a way to work around for most poses. Its hard for people who are long and lean to understand the unique challenges those of us on shorter and wider side face during a twist or a forward bend. I'm looking forward to more from Helen!

I'm so excited to see this series coming out by Helen! As a physician I struggle to find resources to share with my patients that are actually reasonable for them. If they can't do so many of the poses because of their size, they get discouraged and quit, feeling inadequate instead of empowered! Keep it up!
I absolutely loved this class! I am just getting back into yoga and this was just right. I look forward to seeing more classes from you. I felt so refreshed afterwards.
