David uses breathing, relaxation and deep stretching to help you let go of your problems and relieve your stress. It's a gentle hatha flow yoga class, that moves at a nice, slow pace and spends time in poses that will feel really, really good.

thank you really relaxing and destressing loved the breathing techniques all though they felt kind of silly lol however it was great. I gave it a star less than five because i was looking for more of a workout but this is good to start out from the beginning. Love yoga. Gonna try the intermediate version when im done this and than the 14 day challenge. Awesome website too!!

Thank you so much David! There were new breaths and poses that I hadn't done before and the session was very relaxing. It even loosened me up after a run yesterday.
