David uses breathing, relaxation and deep stretching to help you let go of your problems and relieve your stress. It's a gentle hatha flow yoga class, that moves at a nice, slow pace and spends time in poses that will feel really, really good.

I am thankful for the challenge. Although I have been practicing for many years, illness and injury have slowed me down these past 3 years, but I am almost 100% better. Now the real work begins of regaining my strength, flexibility, and endurance. These gentle sequences are prefect for getting back on the horse so to speak.
Very happy with Day #2 of the challenge. Today was my 1st day back to work after a break, and I was feeling the stress kick in already. This session was much needed!
