Moving with breath can be a wonderful way to drop into the body and get out of your head. In this gentle class with Melissa, you’ll be encouraged to match your pace of movement with your own breath cycles. 

This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 1 of Strength & Support for Mental Wellness Program.

Same - I usually do higher levels, especially in the morning, but an after work gentle class was lovely. ! I enjoyed the soothing movement after a hectic day with school kids - better than breaking into a bag of chips to breathe away the stress!
