Wow - this was amazing - lovely stretching for my Scoliosis ( have just seen an Orthopeadic Surgeon and he said to do as much YOGA as I can - with my 90 degree curve) - and am becoming totally hooked. And my posture is changing as well as having less pain. Thankyou so much.xx

This practice is perfect to loosen the tightness of my lower body after 3 months of sitting with a leg propped up post surgery. Satiya encourages listening to your body and not going past the edge.
