In this powerful and vigorous practice, Fiji begins the class by warming the body with vinyasa flow and focuses on standing balances, hips and backbends.
This class is Day 3 of Fiji's Calm in the Chaos program. Each class is very similar in style and movement, the intention and focus is what sets them apart as a progression.

It’s Election Day here in the U.S., and I’m grateful to have this challenge to stay rooted in practice during this anxiety-provoking time. This practice reminds me that just a short amount of time breathing, moving, and being fully in my body has powerful effects.

What a beautiful practice to greet the dawn. I loved the challenge and focus. SO perfect as we try to stay grounded amidst this storm. I am finding I am fine when I am doing yoga and meditating, and your classes keep me in the present. Off the mat this last week or so, as we grapple with so much uncertainty and angst in our country, I am anxious in a bodily way I have never been before. I may just do this practice again later today. Thank you, Fiji.
