In this powerful and vigorous practice, Fiji begins the class by warming the body with vinyasa flow and focuses on standing balances, hips and backbends.
This class is Day 3 of Fiji's Calm in the Chaos program. Each class is very similar in style and movement, the intention and focus is what sets them apart as a progression.

I would not have chosen this as a solo practice for me -- it really went beyond my current skill level -- but I trust Fiji and dived in as part of the Calm in the Chaos series. I had fun, knowing some of the poses would be beyond me--a good lesson for me in letting go of perfection and detail and letting what comes, come. Thank you, Fiji.
Love this class! Especially the outer hip opener and back bends. Also the balance is a helpful challenge for me.
