In this powerful and vigorous practice, Fiji begins the class by warming the body with vinyasa flow and focuses on standing balances, hips and backbends.

This class is Day 3 of Fiji's Calm in the Chaos program. Each class is very similar in style and movement, the intention and focus is what sets them apart as a progression.

Thank you Fiji! I did the meditation ,day 1 and 2 at midnight to calm my nerves during the election night yesterday. I’m doing the day 3 vision quest at 2:13 am !
