Incredible class! Guy explains mobility/stability in a way that had never been explained to me before. And yeah: I have almost 0 strength in my arms, but I still tried my best on that last part of the video and well...I guess being at home and having no one watching me is a good thing haha. I'll work on improving that. Thank you Guy and DYWM! 😊
