This is an excellent all-round spine stretch. Rachel's pace is perfect here: not too fast-paced but not too slow or too "talky" either. Both I and my partner enjoyed this class very much.
I really enjoyed the stretching aspect of the class. I am fairly new to yoga and still learning how to pace myself within each class I try. This is my second try with this particular yoga class and I found the pace much more manageable. I think I am getting more into yoga / poses / stretching so that I can participate more fully.
