A great class. Good clear instruction at a nice pace. This was also perfectly placed in this challenge for me. Thanks.
I felt a bit nervous starting this class labelled as challenging beginner as I had struggled with the arm strength class in this challenge. However it was great, Rachel's cues were fantastic and really did not seem 55 minutes long, I was surprised that it was all within my body's capability. I now feel fantastic, thank you.
It takes such a skillful teacher to be able to understand the challenges a beginning student might face. This is such a fabulous class as it breaks each pose down into the crucial elements that allow the body to really sink into the pose and the flow of poses is so deeply inviting into the final rest! Thank you Rachel!!
For someone who is still relatively new to yoga this class was awesome there were some great challenging poses, but nothing that seemed to difficult to understand.
