In this class suitable for all levels, Josh guides you through a slow-paced yoga practice that focuses on awakening and energizing your core muscles. Note: You will need two yoga blocks for this practice.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 2 of Total Body Flexibility And Health 14-Day Yoga Challenge For Men.

Loved this energizing yet relaxing class. Josh gives clear and calm instruction for this tough yet brief class. Will definitely do this class again! I added the playlist to my Spotify but was not sure when to start it to sync with the class- next time, maybe, as I needed to hear Josh this first time.
