In this class suitable for all levels, Josh guides you through a slow-paced yoga practice that focuses on awakening and energizing your core muscles. Note: You will need two yoga blocks for this practice.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 2 of Total Body Flexibility And Health 14-Day Yoga Challenge For Men.

Excellent practice which I shall return to regularly. No acrobatic poses, just an effectively satisfying flow that I can achieve despite my tendency toward inflexibility. and that doesn’t end with me feeling slightly inadequate. Thank you, Josh!
Thank you, Josh. This is one of a very few classes I've taken that haven't expected moves that far exceed my range of motion. I appreciated your attention to small things, too, such as your closing bow didn't include the typical extreme fold down to the floor :)
