Not quite strong enough for this one. Did the first 30 min.

Had to skip about 8 min in the middle.

Did pretty welll until the last side hard poses.

Noble effort on my part. Not all of it, but most of it!

Did the majority of it. Extremely challenging for me right now, but I did GOOD!

Short, challenging class. I was already stronger today. Still had to modify some and take a couple of short breaks. I set the intention to heal my left shoulder.

Phew! I finished it. had to modify some, rest a bit, and skip headstand, but I finished it!

couldn't get my feet to touch behind my head with straight legs in plow, but I got a great back stretch. Peaceful class. More effort than it appears.

Did more than I didn’t but couldn’t, yet, do it all.

Wonderful class. I feel so good inside and out. It was a little above my ability level, but I stayed with most of it.

I had to hold some poses a little shorter and modify others, but all in all I felt accomplished.

I did it ALL, except my fallen angel, fell early!

Peace inducing class, as all of hers are.

I had to modify side planks and some stronger poses at the end, but I still feel great about my practice.

Could keep my movements slow to the count of five, but not by breath as the practice picked up.
