After having suffered a humiliating confrontation today with a stranger in the street it occurred to me to do something constructive and positive with the anger, humiliation, p owerlessness . I remembered having seen the title of this class some weeks ago and thinking at the time that one day I just might need that .
Thank you Fiji for this intimate and safe moment together, including being able to confidentially and gracefully complete , the intermediate yoga classes with you. I have let go. Namasté.
