I love the thoughtfulness and different themes of Julia's classes. This one centers around such an important concept of acceptance/contentment for what is. I found this to be a great mind practice. For the physical part, she takes you through 12 poses, including headstand, shoulder stand, plow and fish, crow & triangle. My body wanted a longer warm up and missed the usual flow between poses, but feeling that and letting it go brought me closer to the point of the practice. Thank you, Julia.

Thank you for sharing Deborah! It’s true that this is not my usual flow-style class, I drew on a very traditional hatha practice which only involves these 12 poses in this order. Thanks for sticking the challenge out!!
