I love the thoughtfulness and different themes of Julia's classes. This one centers around such an important concept of acceptance/contentment for what is. I found this to be a great mind practice. For the physical part, she takes you through 12 poses, including headstand, shoulder stand, plow and fish, crow & triangle. My body wanted a longer warm up and missed the usual flow between poses, but feeling that and letting it go brought me closer to the point of the practice. Thank you, Julia.
