This is such a wonderful class, Julia! I indeed feel content in body and mind after this class. I enjoy the traditional Hatha poses and love that you included cobra, head stand, shoulder stand and triangle pose. I also appreciated your prompt to notice the emotions behind resistance. Such an excellent class. As much as I love to flow, some days I prefer a more traditional series. It was both physically challenging and brought peace to mind.
