Rise from the ashes to reclaim your confidence and resilience. In this class, Andrea breaks down the necessary elements to rise up into bird of paradise: inner thigh opener, internal shoulder rotation, core strength, and transitional balancing. Note: A strap is optional for this practice. As well as a blanket or block for knee support.

This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 10 of Cultivate Your Inner Teacher 14-Day Intermediate Yoga Challenge.

Hi, this class is a favorite, and I know to look for it, but it doesn’t show up in categories such as Hatha or Vinyasa for those who search classes - you have to go to Andrea to find it. Could you please fix that so it comes up on more searches? Thanks!

Hi there! Thanks for letting us know. You should be able to now find this class under 'Vinyasa/Power Yoga' as well.

Read through all the comments, and I echo all of them, for real!

Looking forward to doing this a second time to see my progress and as I get used to the cueing and asanas that are variations of my norm.
