Rise from the ashes to reclaim your confidence and resilience. In this class, Andrea breaks down the necessary elements to rise up into bird of paradise: inner thigh opener, internal shoulder rotation, core strength, and transitional balancing. Note: A strap is optional for this practice. As well as a blanket or block for knee support.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 10 of Cultivate Your Inner Teacher 14-Day Intermediate Yoga Challenge.

thank you andrea for this class. It is one of my first practices with you and I will for sure come back to your classes. thank you for your teaching.
Such a great class. Wonderful sequencing to get to the peak pose.
This class flies by (no pun intended!) and is full of great hip and shoulder openers, which my body always needs. Thanks so much!
That was fantastic. Rising up like a phoenix was transformational. Tough, but worth it! Thanks, Andrea! Namaste.
