Lovely
I love all of Fiji's routines - this was lovely after my first day back from holiday break!
It turns out I did this sequence a couple of days ago. It was interesting to notice that it went somewhat easier the second time (still far from perfect...). And there is hope that sometime in the future I will be able to do it as it really should be done.

Though it's a shorter class, I found the speed of movement allowed good energy to develop, and the variation in flow between familiar poses made them more challenging than usual.
