This flow is great- I feel energized but also relaxed!
Found the rhythm of 3s very relaxing to both body and mind.
This class moves right along. Lots of Warrior One. I liked the eagle+crow combo.
woosh, okay, Maybe I was over ambitious thinking I could do the intermediate challenge. She gets into it quickly and gets you sweating (at least I was). Feels good after even though I had to modify a few things.
