This intermediate practice flows through familiar sequences that allow the mind and body to synchronize into a harmonized rhythm. We are reminded that the mind often leans into a routine as a source of comfort and determination.

I enjoyed this practice and the validating of routine and of thanking my brain for the functions it performs.
I really enjoyed this class this morning, I had a difficult time with the balancing poses, hopefully we will get more of these to help increase my abilities in this area.
Short but challenging!
I really liked the pace of these. I especially liked the balancing poses, and I’m not always a fan of those!
