Thanks for making me feel strong again! This class focuses more on strength and balance than on flexibility, which was nice since I am stiff and sore :)

Fiji's tone is a combination of serene, no-nonsense, inspiration, and grounding. This is my first yoga class with what I imagine is "flow" of poses. I look forward to knowing them well enough to focus more on the experience of the movements and positions.
