First, welcome! Very clear instruction and great pacing. I think I heard you say "ripple through your vinyasa" which made me really happy. Loved that imagery. :) Just as an FYI for those who come after me, I think there is a slight directional miscue on your first set of side planks. If you follow cues you will end up doing to side planks to the right, instead of one on each side. It is no big deal, but for those us who are directionally challenged like myself, sometimes a heads up is helpful. Thanks for this great class! I look forward to taking more.

Terrific practice. The pauses allowed the poses to be enriched and the benefits expand. The sequence was different and interesting. I’ll be revisiting this video often.

Oh my gosh this class is amazing! Challenging yet grounding, my core and legs loved it! I've never done one of Andrea's classes before, so happy that the New Year 2020 challenge is introducing me to new teachers. I'll be coming back to this one for sure, the time absolutely flew by and I actually loved how she got straight into the poses from the get go. Thank you!
