This restorative yoga class is all about letting go. It's gentle, deeply relaxing and provides the stress relief that so many of us need so much. Melissa's guidance and the poses she chooses lull you into a state of deep rest, using lots of support and blankets to keep you warm. Note: you will need a bolster or pillows for this class. Check out our video,'How To Make Your Own Bolster', located in our blog.

I felt anxious and a bit on edge since I woke this morning, for no known reason, so I chose this class in a bid to bring myself back to some state of calm. This soothing and relaxing class is exactly what I needed.....thank you so much Melissa this class is now bookmarked. :))
Thank you, thank you, thank you, Melissa, for your gentle and caring way...lovely restorative practice.
Dear Melissa,
At first I did not understand why I intuitively clicked "Restorative yoga", my mind even doubting to go jogging. During the practice I also did not understand why I clicked, and immediately after I thought I just felt "a bit more calm". Only now, about 30 min after, I only realise in what frantic state of mind I have been all afternoon, and what beautiful brake you helped me put to this racing mind... Before the practice had wild plans of dragging my broken body to far away places this evening, but now I am again listening to my music playlist in the kitchen for the first time in many months... Thank you so much!
I think this is the first time I have cried from the feeling of ananda created in a yoga practice. It was a much needed release. Thank you for a beautiful practice.
