While I do agree that we should get a heads up on the blankets and pillows needed, I usually keep those things close by, so it wasn’t too big a deal. I feel super relaxed after this class, and I really liked all of the poses with the legs up the wall.

I did not care for this class as I felt rushed in the poses. The poses were fine, themselves, but I personally prefer a slower paced restorative class that holds the poses for longer than 1 minute.

Amazing class! It really helps with my back issues and my sore legs. I love how it is easy to follow by the audio prompts and the relaxing music.

Fantastic class. After a busy weekend I had very little energy for anything but a restorative class.

On a practical note, it's probably best not to wear a bra for this class, so you can arrange your breasts over the bolster for maximum comfort!

I really did not like this class. I just finished it and I'm wondering if I should just do another class because I don't feel any different. The music was too loud, as some of you already pointed out, but I also could not get into the wall position. Some of the positions I could not do because there wasn't enough wall, and I did not know before hand that I should make room for this.
My biggest problem with the class is that we are told that we need a bolster or a stack of blankets and that we need a strap. Half way through we find out we need several stacks of blankets, several pillows and a strap. So half way through I started searching through my room in need of more pillows and blankets. This was not relaxing at all.
